Pros
WFH Some decent co-workers Family owned Provided (not great) insurance benefits 401k 5% rent discount to live at properties they manage (competitors offer 20%+)
Cons
Severely overworked and excruciatingly under-paid Managers/supervisors are incompetent, unprofessional, tyrannical, and unqualified Constant changes under the guise of efficiency that create time consuming problems and never last more than a few months Employees are demoted or receive pay cuts without prior notice Expected to complete huge amounts of work in an extremely disproportionately small amount of time Retaliation by managers/higher ups if you take an issue to HR Incredibly high turnover, leading to constant staff shortages and never a fully trained team Expected to pick up work due to understaffing with no pay raise and no guarantee the positions will be filled New properties and projects are brought on, causing even more work, but no raise is offered
