      Great pay and other nurses could be helpful.

      Cons

      Unsafe environment. Never properly staffed, patients verbally abused staff and restraints were used on a nightly basis. When changes occurred within the company nurses were not informed until on the floor with patients. Overall an unsafe environment for nurses and patients.
