Very good information about Fairview during my New Employee Welcome Meeting. I loved how we discussed the values of the company and how as a team we can make those happen. Kurstin makes things super fun, light, enjoyable, and engaging! Overall, a super positive experience during my orientation!
PTO accrual was great and no repercussions for taking sick time.
Cons
Horrible management.
If you are new you will get put in behavioral health sections every shift and if you want somewhere else you have to beg charge.
Basically if you are new you get the worst and not a fan of the "I'm better than you" attitudes of those that have been there a long time.
