      I've never felt better working! - Fully remote culture -100% employer paid health, vision, and dental insurance - Unlimited PTO. I've taken mental health days off with very minimal notice - Flexible work schedule - Super talented coworkers - Equipment Bonus - Highly supportive, autonomous, and collaborative environment - 20% learning time - Great work-life balance - RSUs - Plenty of growth opportunities

      Pros

      Fairwinds has wonderful leadership and a great culture. There are a lot of fun problems to work on, and great learning experiences. Work life balance is important so team members can perform their best.

      Cons

      Being an early stage startup there is a decent bit of experimenting for product market fit on the SaaS side of the business while I was there.
