Complain - Business Analyst Faiza Employee Review

My experience working here was very disappointing. My employment ended unexpectedly and without prior notice, and communication from the CEO often felt unprofessional and, at times, disrespectful. HR interactions were consistently rude, creating a difficult and uncomfortable environment. Communication with the CEO often seemed harassing and carried disrespectful intentions. He always uses abusive language while talking. The CEO has shown a pattern of discriminatory actions based on religion, contributing to a challenging and unlawful workplace. Female employees are pressured to wear abayas, even though it should be a personal choice. The office atmosphere lacked positivity and often felt hostile. I also noticed some questionable practices and a lack of transparency, which made it hard to feel genuinely supported. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to others.
