Never underpay and never stand on their words. Salary increases are infrequent, and management is stalling the process. Management will attempt to deceive the employee throughout the onboarding process in order to minimise their wage. Hikes are very less, also delay the hike process (2 to 3 months delay and never getting any arrears of it.)
