      Pros

      Great working environment. Truly a company who helps people and has a purpose. I am not a frontline employee. However, I feel that I am contributing to the mission of saving lives.

      Experience, networking, friendships, schedules, that’s about it

      Cons

      There are a lot of them but it’s what you make of it. Keep your head down and don’t deal with management.
