      Chance to network and if your lucky your partners will be great to work with

      Cons

      Low pay, your no-one to management, sometimes you will go weeks without seeing a supervisor, they fire a lot of people for policy violations, and no sick days. You have to use PTO if you are actually sick.

      Experience, networking, friendships, schedules, that’s about it

      Cons

      There are a lot of them but it’s what you make of it. Keep your head down and don’t deal with management.
