Pros
You get great 911 experience working alongside fire departments. They encourage you to branch out. They offer CE's. They have decent 24 hour stations.
Cons
They will find anything to get you written up or asked to leave. There's no appreciation. Due to the mass amount of hirings each year, they don't actually care about there employees.
