      A great place to start ems career. People are friendly and locations to work is flexible

      Pay starts very low and not much room to negotiate. Scheduling problems do arise

      Experience, networking, friendships, schedules, that’s about it

      There are a lot of them but it’s what you make of it. Keep your head down and don’t deal with management.
