      Pros

      Good infrastructure, good location, friendly staff, supportive management team and a wide choice of shifts over a 24 hours period. Abilities to do overtime.

      Cons

      Poor fleet (a lot of damaged vehicles), poor choice of equipment (some very heavy i.e. stair climber. Poor middle management structure with little support to crew members due to a lack of professionalism amongst the team.

      Great place to get experience.

      Pay is not the best but there is plenty of overtime opportunities

      Experience, networking, friendships, schedules, that’s about it

      Cons

      There are a lot of them but it’s what you make of it. Keep your head down and don’t deal with management.
