      Pros

      Most of the people you work with are awesome.

      Cons

      The company is global and has a “one size fits all” approach to everything. The pay is garbage, you are replaceable (and you feel it), they try to say anything to get you to stay, make empty promises and never follow through.

      Experience, networking, friendships, schedules, that’s about it

      Cons

      There are a lot of them but it’s what you make of it. Keep your head down and don’t deal with management.
