Lax environment, schedule flexibility, a lot of time spent on community organizational activities. This company still has a very private owned company culture which keeps the employees who have been with the company a long time very loyal
Cons
No room to grow and not much training. Not much full company support. A lot of employees currently leaving fast for other opportunities elsewhere. Low pay
