      Plenty of shifts available for overtime. Good people to work with. No prior EMT experience necessary.

      Call volume. Pay. Very little sleep for night shifts.

      Experience, networking, friendships, schedules, that’s about it

      Cons

      There are a lot of them but it’s what you make of it. Keep your head down and don’t deal with management.
