      Aurora is fun and the company is supportive

      Night shift doesn't get as much support. Pay is very under considering the amount of stress and level of responsibility

      Experience, networking, friendships, schedules, that’s about it

      There are a lot of them but it’s what you make of it. Keep your head down and don’t deal with management.
