Very friendly place to work

No cons applicable to the workplace

Many friendly people, and it's close to Atlanta. Maintenance personal are quick to help you when you have an issue which is great! (doesn't mean the aircraft are in great condition, nor does it mean the company will allow them to fix things that need to be fixed)

They promise a lot of flight time, but have WAY to many CFIs for the student load and therefore only a few people get a lot of flight time. Many CFI's have only 1 full time student, while others only have a 2-3 part time students. You are unlikely to get enough time to support yourself, and it will take you forever to build enough time to go to the regionals. If you have a Chinese student, you will not know your schedule until 1-2 days in advance. This makes managing your life difficult. There is no coherent management structure, 'stuff' just happens and no one really knows what is going on.
