For the most part, workload is manageable but you really have to work efficiently. Claims management and the company overall, are progressive and forward thinking. Aggressive but mostly attainable goals within units of the company, I only see them growing larger and larger in the future. Great CEO/upper management, this company really gives you a family/home vibe. I have worked at a few insurance companies before and Falcon has by far been the best and exceeded my expectations. Despite being a young company, the amount of experience most everyone has here helps elevate the work environment and procedures. Competitive pay, benefits are very low cost.
