Lay-offs as most of the studios in the past 4 years

Hybrid where office and work from home works well. Even working from home had work out so you dont feel like you missing out! Great founders that you get a sense that they care. A place i can see myself staying for a long time. Project that the people care about but still keeping the fun of development.

More get togethers would be nice, they happend once a year but would be nice seeing everyone 2-3 times a year.
