Pros
They have very good starting benefits, pto and wellness days...a nice and clean environment.
Cons
They have a fake image that encourages this family like atmosphere with openness and trust with the leaders, but in reality everything will be used against you. They also aren’t consistent with their feedback on performance and if something isn’t right the first time, they do not allow room to Move on from that mistake. It seems like they are trying new things and the manager and trainers aren’t consistent. Lack of nurturing and teaching environment. Feels more like you’re constantly on trial, and everyone is covering their tracks in every E-mail sent and scared. Also, the culture is not very diverse, so you either fit into this highclass-like fake personality or you won’t fit in.
