Pros
They had many perks like free parking but all other perks disappeared after time. It was better there when I started years ago and things went down hill.
Cons
They put people into management that have no people skills. I had a VP tell 3 of us in a meeting that he had better things to do than manage people so he hired a director. A director who did not take the time to learn my job and when I asked for help was given nothing.
