Pros
Everyone supports each other and works as a team. Managers have a retreat together every year, we went to Mexico and stayed at an all-inclusive resort last Dec. I was interviewing someone recently and they said there was a neg review; I was shocked, which is why I'm here. That is not accurate and really sad. They let two people go for very valid reasons last year and the entire team was in alignment. Other than that, we've all been here for years and have no intention of leaving. We all care about each other and feel lucky to work here. I wish I could add screenshots of our slack channels; everyone is always supporting and celebrating each other. No one is micromanaged. It's a really amazing place to work; we all feel so lucky to work here. Our team is diverse and inclusive and the same can be said about our talent as well. They also promote from within, most of us have received promotions quickly.
Cons
We work with influencers and it's not uncommon that content has to go live after hours or on weekends; it's definitely not a 'clock in', 'clock out' position. However, we flex hrs and are also off at 3pm on Fridays and 12pm on Fridays during the summer. It's also still a startup and there's several tasks that are 'all hands.'
