      Pros

      Interesting job on paper and a variety of clients globally, meetings with entire team are usually around 15 minutes each giving more time back.

      Cons

      Heavy work loads, onboarding is all self directed, no equipment such as a laptop provided. Managers moved into positions who don’t have the leadership skills required and also LinkedIn reads so well of macro management I was micromanaged untrusted to do my work independently although my clients were always happy with results. Getting half an hour once a fortnight with clients to really see their needs and go through their plan of action seems too short of a time limitation for the price they pay. Some of the clients are genuinely not interested in change or advice on how to improve their podcast results and blame Fame for their statistics not improving.

      Pros

      One of the best companies I’ve worked with. It really feels like a family here. Everyone relates so well and we all have a common goal. The mode of operation is impeccable, and the way clients and employees are treated is unmatched. A 10/10 without second thought.

      Cons

      I’ve been working with Fame for about 6 months now and believe me when I say there’s no downside whatsoever to working with this company. They put everything and everyone into consideration before making a decision which makes them to never go wrong with anyone.

      Pros

      So much flexibility, I'm truly glad I don't have to plan my life around work. I could very easily fit my work into my life on a daily basis. I also love that there are so many opportunities for growth
