Pros
Accommodations aren't expressly a right, but policy does appear to be flexible enough to allow for them to be made, given at the most senior person's discretion of course. I was mid very high risk pregnancy when they hired me and even though it ended up working out that i could sit when necessary for dizziness or the like, eat something much more often than the other employees, it seemed, or go home when i had pushed myself too hard but it always felt like requests were accepted begrudgingly and always questioned or made eyes roll
Cons
Wage isnt worth it. It seems like every location is just permanently stuck in a moment that 3 full trucks were unloaded just as the one that needs to be on the shelves is being shoved into some small dark corner behind the boxes being opened and identified as the missing seasonal isle stock from last year.
