      Pros

      The schedule can be flexible to accommodate for classes or vacation. The supervising BCBA’s were easy to work with and provided feedback during supervised hours.

      Cons

      To work full-time here is challenging. I had to be on top of my schedule to request time off during the day for a break. There are no structured raises or performance evaluations. I have to work full-time for one year to qualify for health benefits.

      Pros

      -RBT’s seem to stay for awhile compared to other ABA companies -Culture amongst coworkers is cohesive and fun all while providing therapeutic practices to clients. -Supervisors (BCBA’s) are always present during the day (8-4) even though they provide supervision remotely through camera system… that’s another pro. Cameras everywhere which make me feel safe as an RBT. I’m sure families love this too.

      Cons

      Wish there were more professionals of other practices present at the company for collaborative developments (OT, PT). There is an SLP currently.
