Pros
Competitive pay and Lifemart discounts through ADP (as long as they still pay though them). Work life balance possible as long as you're an HCA.
Cons
HR unaware of company policies. Many case managers pressuring you to go to shift(s) despite being sick whether you call 4 hours ahead or 16. Some of the poorest communication I have ever seen in a health care company. No training provided for uncertified staff who want to be.
