Pros
All the coworkers are very loving and supportive. They do not hesitate to help you out under any circumstances, and everyone has a postive attitude which is very pleasant in a workplace. The training is also one of the best I've ever had.
Cons
The work can be quite slow. Sometimes there aren't enough resources to help people in need, and that can be encouraging to the work we do.
