      Loved the cause and how wonderful the customers were coming in

      Cons

      Scheduling was awful and the people could be very gossipy and management was really bad especially when things like covid were really serious

      Supervision provided. In touch with on site psychiatrists.

      Cons

      Not supportive to employees Insists the pay is competitive when it's not No over time offered No additional support for burnt out or struggling employees To get additional certs or credentials cost significant despite being required to do the supervisors regardless. High case loads always 6 month long probation period
