Got to learn a lot about the field my internship was in, and everyone I worked with was very helpful and rooted for me.

Not many cons, the only thing I can think of was not being involved as I wanted to be.

None. I mean you do get paid. Low wages. You do get health insurance. High copay insurance. You do get days off.

The people! I could write a novel on the back stabbing, gaslighting, abusive behavior of my office manager and senior supervisor. Forget HR. You think they are working for you. Nope. Just use your legitimate complaints against you. And I worked in a behavioral health center! Ha! The office was more toxic than the clients. You are overworked. No training!! Just so very bad. They can't keep anyone.
