Feel upper ‘management’ has distanced themselves. It’s been a big shock after years of employment no longer seeing certain people. Feel of being locked out.

Great client base with really involved hands on caregivers. Staff team worked with diligence to provide quality care for overall program aesthetics.

Not at all accountable for management miss steps. Avoidant of difficult problem solving and being fully transparent of family hardships due to agency’s lack of training of youth worker. Not at all accountable for trauma Afflicted on clients/ staff who were abused / harmed in connection with agency.
