      Pros

      Lots of patient to see. Laboratory and pharmacy is available. Everything is computerized. Acute management may be given. Staff are very friendly and reliable.

      Cons

      Upper management put out lots of programs that can be tiring for the medical team, e.g. free consults for a whole month without compensation for the medical staff
