Pros
Good food and great managers and team they have at many in the area I was at - positive but also kept heads up even when not being treated fairly and not given tools and support needed. Food is wonderful and drinks too

Higher Management, execs and CEO's and many ops director kept closed doors and not relating viatil info needed and deserved to team; even support center workers across the territories they own. Secretive and not supportive nor training was horrible, expectations were beyond anything possible given lack of training tools and even knowing who anyone is in the company or whom to go for - as lol should know. Systems lack and just the biggest things needed to make simple tasks done in a timely and effective successful manner not given. No camaraderie between teams. Not a good positive environment and most not happy and feel miserable - no matter what position
