Pros
I have worked there for several years and it the best run company of the handful that I have worked for. The VP and Owner have great vision for where the company is going and have used that vision to almost quadruple their revenue in the last 7 years. The people are great to work with and everyone gets along pretty well. You are allowed to do your job with no one hovering over you and looking over your shoulder. If you need help with anything, that is always available. after 7 years you get 3 weeks of vacation and 1 week of sick leave, which is better than almost any other company I have been a part of.
Cons
Not a ton of moral boosting things for the staff. The lack of attention can sometimes lead to complacency or sloppiness in work.
