Pros
Within being bought out by a larger company, hopefully it leads to places to move up. Conveniently located to any major inner city. Most of the employees are pretty fun and keep a good spirit. The CEO seems to try to care and make the environment better than most places. The pay can be okay if you know what you are doing.
Cons
Apparently it's a thing to pay employees for "good" reviews now, in relation to the last two reviews on the same day. The problems that arise for working for FanCloth stem from a managerial dilemma. From rampant racism, sexual innuendos, and straight cutting employees down by making fun of them are just some of the things multiple employees have dealt with. There also is a strict guideline on each manager making their own rules as they go. The employee handbook is not a guideline to follow. Bring apples for the "teachers", otherwise look for a new job.
