Been part of the org for the almost last 2 years which i joined as a fresher. I have gone through the journey from learning tech to understanding the product & business and then contributing ideas around them. This changes my thought process of executing things. Although I haven't worked with many orgs, but after i discussed with my college friends, I realised that one of the great things about Fancraze is that the entire team, including the leadership, is open to hearing feedback/ideas/different perspectives. This platform for openness helped me to grow.

There have been ups and downs along the way, it has been a roller coaster ride experience so far.
