Some of the people working there are amazing. They are friendly, funny and caring.

From my own point of view, too much effort wasted on micro-managing while no one from the upper management has ever talked to a single user during the few months have I have worked there; also note that over-time hours are almost never compensated monetarily.

- friendly team - relaxed schedule - great view and building management - good for new graduates looking for a first job

- upper management resistant to change - no proper software development lifecycle - language barriers (most of the staff is Chinese) - product/design teams are constantly micromanaged by principal stakeholder
