Pros

they are aware of how bad tech-wise everything is, discussions are pretty open ended, actively trying to make it better

Cons

although discussions are there, not enough is done as a outcome, even with the tech improvements done, I have a feeling is mostly tech driven not product, product always would like more features rather than stabilizing the main pain points that even hinder feature delivery efforts. salary is okay but could be better. career development is quite lacking, guidance on what the company needs to achieve together with the tech debt makes it hard for one to understand what needs to happen to improve compensation.

office is nice, good benefits

this company is a sinking ship. its values have changed from a good product and happy employees to we will do anything at all to stay relevant. sports betting is a depleting business. FanDuel let go over 500 people in one day and proceeded to have a massive ad event and paid for peoples subway rides with knicks alum and merch and everything...on the same. exact. day. They do not care about you and they will get rid of anyone. I would not recommend anyone work here unless maybe you just graduated and are looking for experience. We just got rid of our CEO and our CPO is leaving as well as several other high level employees because there is no saving this ship. jump off now is my advice.
