Pros
The environment is very collaborative. All employees are aligned around the common goal of being the #1 sportsbook in America. Expectations are high, but so is morale. You're expected to put in the time and effort, but it is recognized and appreciated by peers and superiors. There is a lot of opportunity for growth if you network and advocate for yourself.
Cons
The company grew very quickly without a lot of solid policies and processes so everyone was scrambling to put that into place. My role was new and I was left to figure it out largely on my own, define it as I went along. The company was becoming very "corporate" as I was leaving. They were hiring too many high level decision makers and too few actual workers.
