Pros
They pay decent. Hours are good for the most part. Its not a bad place to work, but very strange environment.
Cons
Employees are treated like prisoners, You get frisk on your way out and everything to make sure your not stealing something. You cant even have a steel fork in your lunchbox without getting hammered. Don't leave your badge at home, they will send you after it. Doesn't matter how far you live. No temp badge here. HR is about the company not employees. I think there may be more leads, supervisors and mangers, and upper management. then employees. You are watch from every inch of this 1.5 million sq ft building.
