Pros

• Hybrid / Work from home • Office has a good location • Good staff discount • Excellent implementation of diversity & inclusion • Excellent implementation of culture & values. Fanatics actually are great for helping to push better understanding of different cultures across the organisation

Cons

• Really, really hard to form good working relationships if you’re not in the right clique. • Awful pay - doesn’t reflect the market average. Awful bonus structure too. The bonus isn’t actually worth receiving once you’ve paid tax on it. • Really poor employee morale - overall mood tends to be quite low. Most people you speak to tend to be massively overworked and relatively unhappy on a day to day basis. • Weird progression ladder - again, if you’re in the right clique, you’ll progress rapidly. If you’re not in the right clique, unfortunately you can give your all to the company and essentially be laughed out of the room when you express promotion consideration.

Pros

Talented employees and have access to working with great sports teams

Cons

Don’t let this company fool you, they really are a start up. Frequent last-minute priorities and urgent app discrepancies often required employees to pause ongoing work to address immediate issues. While resolving these issues was important, the constant shift in priorities made it challenging to maintain project timelines and manage workload effectively. The volume of ad hoc requests and changing deadlines created an environment where it was difficult to stay ahead of responsibilities.
