Disappointing - Product Manager Fanatics Employee Review

- Compensation is low compared to market - Deadlines are unrealistic and set by super senior leadership not informed by people doing work - Burn-out culture alive and well, work to the bone or leave - Toxic, backstabbing ubiquitous; I've never worked with so many prima donnas. Newsflash, you make crappy clothes and print trading cards, its not rocket science and it doesn't make you cool - Mike Rubin is a cliche and sets a terrible cultural tone
