Fang Consulting isn't one of those jobs where you just loathe getting out of bed in the morning and reporting to work. Not a day has passed where I don't love coming in. The climate is so much different than any other job I have worked - no corporate feel at all. There are clear expectations set out, and we are driven by our customers needs. But there are also ample amounts of help for you to achieve both on a collaborative and an individual basis. Casual work environment, ample benefits and competitive pay, and stocked fridges for meals and snacks throughout the day. And of course, Madeline (The CEO - Canine Executive Officer) greets you regularly to see how your day is going. If you are lucky, you can take her for a walk!! Fang is truly a great place to be.

Fang is still considered a startup, and the rapid growth we have experienced does provide some growing pains. But those pains are totally manageable, especially with a skilled and experienced management group leading the way.
