Pros

-Great people to work with -Opportunities for employees to move across departments within the company -Competitive benefits across 401K matching, annual lifestyle spending, unlimited sick leave, PTO increased with yrs. of work, etc -Great work environment and equipment, lots of collaborative spaces -Good volunteer opportunities within the company

Cons

-Volatile and lots of layoffs, creating a negative impact on company culture -Company has become less flexible with traveling and remote work employees must take PTO instead -No more flexible Fridays -Too many unnecessary meetings that can be emails -Must come into work, but meetings are still primarily online which defeats the purpose of being in-person and fostering a collaborative environment

Pros

Great team and luckily for me great leadership in my direct line up to my SVP.

Cons

It’s horrifying how things have changed since Pulte took over. Layoffs, elimination of entire job categories but not the responsibilities of those jobs. It’s not just you work more because a teammate is gone, it’s do a completely different job while still doing you job plus all of your layed off coworkers job.
