Great benefits including working from home twice a week.
Cons
This has been the worst experience I've had with a company. The company has a culture were intimidation and bullying are used by a number of leaders to get there way. I have worked in two separate departments in the company and have encountered similar behavior. There was a time HR was involved in a harrassment claim but very little action was taken. I don't see Fannie Mae improving the culture until they hold management accountable.
