No job security - Trust and Safety Specialist Fansly Employee Review

No work place is perfect, but Fansly is pretty darn close. Management really cares about you. They really work with you and give great advice. Co workers are awesome and we all work together to make sure we can get our jobs done properly. The opportunity for growth is through the roof. If you work hard, they notice you. I’ve had a few jobs and Fansly is the best by far!

I honestly have no cons. If any come up, I’ll update but it’s unlikely I find one!

Great people, great work life balance, and AMAZING benefits. Not to much to complain about honestly.

A bit disorganized at times. Some of the decision makers just make up policies when they see fit and blame you for not reading their mind. Some annoying projects throughout the year, but once again not much to complain about. Shift bids are a bit much as often as they want to do them so, you really have to stay on top of your game to not get a bad shift.
