We are very sorry you had such a negative experience with us. FSI has been a team-centric company since its inception, and its employees have been the center of every significant company decision - from Office location, to Recruiting and extra benefits. Despite the negative conditions created by COVID-19, FSI refrained from furloughing or laying off any of its employees in such difficult conditions but elected to fully support them. The prolonged COVID period eventually caused cashflow issues and payment delays, which have however been fully resolved since you left this review. The review however, remains posted here on Glassdoor, defaming the company, crushing any new candidate's hopes for a modern and friendly workspace in the heart of Athens, and demeaning the hard work and efforts of the rest of the FSI Team. An anonymous review addressed to a named company, that has no constructive character and leaves no room for improvement. Again, we are sorry for this negative experience, and we look forward to receiving your feedback and complaints at hr@fantasysportsinteractive.co.uk , so we can improve. As we did throughout those past difficult times, we still remain open and available for all our current, former, and future teammates.

Pros

Great teamwork and friendly atmosphere! Everyone is very open and positive, especially Management (which was a surprise!). My colleagues and CIO were supportive and helped me greatly not only with the daily tasks and overall projects, but with my personal professional growth, too - I learned a lot! Despite being a small company, it really put effort in growing and making everyone feel great and part of the team. It was the perfect place for me, because before that, as a uni student, I did some internships and full-time junior work for companies that never really acknowledged my work, or me as a person. At FSI I got the chance to work with many people on different projects, which made me feel confident enough to pursue full-time freelance work.

Cons

Back in my days, the company was in Piraeus near the harbor, which made commuting hard... It was also a place with heavy traffic and very polluted - almost unbearable in summer. I hear they moved to a better location. Also, sometimes deadlines were tight, since the international betting industry is a demanding sector. But there were always team perks and fun after a pressing, long-hours project - like pizza parties and time off!
