Pros
- Good hours and flexible schedule - Ability to cross train in different department's - Schedule posted two weeks in advance - Care about customer experience - Lot's of training though sometimes quit informal. - Yearly wage increases
Cons
- Upper management can be awful, these people dont really get fired just moved around - Minimum wage until you have been there a year or move up in position - HR isn't too helpful, don't address important issues. People have quit because of this.
