      Pros

      It can be a fun place to work. Lots of friendly people. Sometimes there are snacks and booze provided. Pretty good equipment and up to date software etc. Some opportunity for personal growth.

      Cons

      Long hours. Very low pay unless you are very senior. No bonuses. Its mostly contract furniture renders, so the work can often be boring and repetitive.
