As an agent for 32 years I am seeing my book of business wither away. I have lost nearly 50 per cent of my personal lines due to very uncompetitive rates. The irony is that their own company 21st Century has been using the very quotes (not sold due to high rates) that we have input into their system and then solicited the leads that we developed and paid for.
