Pros
Some of your colleagues can be great. I really cannot think of anything else. They do have a good uniform.
Cons
Nepotism, bullying, lies, deceit, low pay, favouritism, excessive workload, not enough staff, antiquated computers, processes and equipment, no security, both safety security type security and job security; stock takes that are excessive and simply not necessary. And much more. No weekend rate or overtime rate. Managers that lie and bully those they do not like. Staff turnover is terrible so don't become attached to anyone you like. You can be forced to work in different stores way out of your way at little notice. Horrible, entitled customers.
