Nothing, bad pay, no respect. Worst workplace i have had.
Cons
- awkward online training (that isnt paid for) - awful pay - 3 people quit in a month - rude staff and managers that seemed to only hire very young girls - managers too friendly and drank on the job - wouldn’t listen to shift requirements and would overschedule you - managers bark orders whilst watching you work
